Patio Cleaning
Restore natural stone, sandstone, porcelain, and concrete patios. We remove algae, black spot, food/oil stains and atmospheric grime. Low-pressure rinsing on delicate surfaces; rotary surface cleaning for heavy-duty areas.
Driveway Cleaning
Suitable for block paving, imprinted concrete, resin-bound, and tarmac driveways. We pre-treat stains (oil, tyre marks), deep clean, and finish with joint re-sand and sealing options to resist weeds and wear
Gutter Clearance
Overflowing gutters lead to damp, rot, and costly repairs. Our vacuum and manual clearance removes moss, leaves, and debris. We can also flush outlets, check downpipes, and clean fascia & soffits for a full refresh.
uPVC Cleaning
Make window frames, fascia, soffits, and cladding look like new again. We safely remove green growth, traffic film and yellowing where possible. Ideal before selling or after renovations.
Soft Washing
A low-pressure chemical cleaning method ideal for delicate renders, K‑rend, painted finishes, and roofs. Targets organic growth at the root for longer-lasting results than water-only cleaning. Formulations adjusted for surface type and contamination level.
Biocide Treatment
Professional biocides neutralise algae, lichen, and moss spores to slow regrowth on stone, render, roofs, and more. Often applied after physical cleaning (pressure wash or scrape) to extend the clean period.
Block Paving Cleaning
Rotary pressure cleaning lifts embedded dirt between blocks. We then re-sand joints with kiln-dried sand and can apply sealers to stabilise the surface and discourage weed growth.
Tarmac Cleaning and Sealing
Refresh faded or stained tarmac. After a controlled clean, we can apply colour‑restoring sealers/binders that help protect against UV, oil, and weather degradation.
Roof Cleaning
We assess tile/slate condition, pitch, access and coating before recommending a method: roof scraping, softwash, steam, or a combination. Debris removed from gutters on completion. Follow with biocide and/or roof seal for longer-lasting performance.
Roof Sealing
After cleaning and full dry‑down, an appropriate breathable roof sealant can help resist moss regrowth and reduce water ingress into porous tiles. (Suitability depends on roof condition — full inspection required.)
Roof Scraping
Ideal where pressure is unsuitable. Manual or telescopic scraping removes moss bulk without damaging the roof fabric. Usually paired with a biocide treatment to treat remaining spores.
